Chalhoub Group III White Paper presentation in CityLife
Chalhoub Group, the leading partner for luxury across the Middle East, presented its third White Paper “Luxury in the Gulf: a sustainable future? “on the 11th of June in the prestigious penthouse designed by Zaha Hadid. The White Paper highlights the Group’s expertise and commitment to the Middle East region. A round table with the participation – among others – of Anthony Chalhoub, Co-CEO of the Chalhoub Group, Patrick Chalhoub, Co-CEO of the Chalhoub Group, Andrea Illy, Presidente of Altagamma Foundation, Armando Branchini, Vice President of Altagamma Foundation, Carlo Alberto Pratesi, Economy professor at Roma Tre University. Giorgio Lazzaro, CityLife’s Marketing and Communication manager. A high impact location, CityLife’s penthouse was the ideal venue for this appointment dedicated to sustainability. Sustainability is a keyword in CityLife’s DNA: the Residences are Class A certified and expect the usage of renewable energy sources, whereas the three towers of the Business District had already obtained the prestigious pre-certification LEED™ and they are Gold level classified. Furthermore, it must be added the wide Public Park (that, once completed, will be the second largest park in Milan), the new Prato Fiorito realized in partnership with Orticola Association of Lombardia and the Golf Practice Court. The penthouse interior design for this occasion was signed by Natuzzi, following the sustainability leitmotif.
