The company
Since January 2024, SmartCitylife S.r.l., a special-purpose company owned by CityLife S.p.A., Allianz S.p.A., and Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A., has signed a ten-year agreement with the Municipality of Milan for the management of public and private areas in the CityLife district. The agreement covers maintenance, security, surveillance, promotion, communication management, and the organisation of permanent advertising initiatives, including those related to the park. The goal of SmartCityLife is to transform the park and the entire district into an ever-growing hub for events, sports, and green spaces accessible to all citizens.
