Suppliers and other external parties can report concerns on practices or conducts that are considered in good faith even potentially as inappropriate or inconsistent with the law, the Code of Conduct, Generali values or other regulations.
As stated in the Reporting Concerns and Anti-Retaliation Group Guideline, there are different channels to report concerns:
by post: Group Compliance - Business Integrity - Via Machiavelli, 3, 34132 Trieste.
by freephone numbers or whistleblowing channels available in the Generali Group website, reachable via the link: https://www.generali.com/sustainability/responsible-employer/working-with-our-suppliers
All reporting channels are open for reporting any kind of concern, including behavior of Suppliers, outsourcers and anyone acting on behalf of/in connection with Generali.
The reporter can decide to report anonymously if it is not prohibited by local law. However, Generali encourages to disclose the identity while submitting a report in order to conduct a more effective investigation.
For internal reporting, Generali employees shall use the existing form available in the Generali intranet Code of Conduct Helpline[1] or the webform available on the corporate website[2].
Investigations for misconducts are always managed in accordance with the Code of Conduct and the related Reporting Concerns and Anti-Retaliation Group Guideline.
