The company
Since January 2024, SmartCitylife S.r.l., a special-purpose company owned by CityLife S.p.A., Allianz S.p.A., and Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A., has signed a ten-year agreement with the Municipality of Milan for the management of public and private areas in the CityLife district.
The agreement covers maintenance, security, surveillance, promotion, communication management, and the organisation of permanent advertising initiatives, including those related to the park.
The goal of SmartCityLife is to transform the park and the entire district into an ever-growing hub for events, sports, and green spaces accessible to all citizens.

Atlante
Atlante is one of the leading fast and ultra-fast charging networks for electric vehicles in Southern Europe and a member of the Spark Alliance.
Since its launch in 2021, Atlante has been welcoming EV drivers at over 1,000 charging stations across Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and soon Switzerland - all powered 100% by renewable energy. Atlante’s mission is simple: to accelerate the transition toward a zero-emission future, enabling people to move freely in harmony with the planet.
In December 2023, Atlante inaugurated the first fast charging station at CityLife, available 24/7, compatible with all electric car models, and equipped with a convenient POS terminal for direct payment with bank cards.
Atlante is part of the Priceless Planet Coalition, Mastercard’s global program for environmental protection, which aims to plant 100 million trees over the next five years. At CityLife, for every charge paid with a Mastercard, Atlante commits to planting two trees.

Videowall
Videowall is the Mediaset Group company operating in the Out Of Home business since 2019.
From the very beginning, the company set out to create a completely new and cutting-edge Out Of Home offering, based on three strategic pillars: a strong technological drive (Tech Driven), creative and unconventional solutions, and a presence in highly qualitative locations of interest to the investment market.
Today, the assets included in Videowall’s offering cover the broad spectrum of OOH formats and applications: Roadside, Street Furniture, Transit, and Shopping Malls.
In its development journey, Videowall identified a strategic collaboration opportunity in the CityLife area—managed by SmartCityLife—with one of the most prestigious entities on the national scene, in a context of great urban value and high quality of life.Together with the advertising concessionaire Mediamond, the company partnered with SmartCityLife to create a communication project spread throughout the park and square via digital installations and spaces, designed to become sources of information, service, and dialogue for all CityLife visitors and neighborhood residents.

Sistema Energy
Sistema Energy is a company specialized in delivering self-consumption photovoltaic solutions for businesses and industrial clients. It helps companies produce clean energy with no upfront investment, no risk, and no operational complexity, turning the energy transition into a concrete opportunity for efficiency and competitiveness.
Sistema Energy enables a significant reduction in energy bills, increases energy self-sufficiency, and makes costs more stable and predictable—transforming energy from a source of uncertainty into a strategic lever for business performance.
The collaboration with SmartCityLife is a clear example. Within the district, the Golden Goose Arena powered by Atlante—the largest public-private architectural project in Italy dedicated to padel, designed by Fabio Novembre—chose Sistema Energy as its partner for renewable energy production through an on-site PPA model.
The photovoltaic system delivered by Sistema Energy provides tangible economic benefits for the client and helps reduce CO₂ emissions, demonstrating that even architecturally iconic settings can integrate photovoltaic technology in a harmonious and effective way.
